Prayer of Salvation
Unless a man or woman be born again, you cannot see the kingdom of God!
The Gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. It is a free gift. All you have to do is believe in your heart and confess (say it out loud) with your mouth that Jesus Christ is your Lord. The Apostle Paul put it this way in Romans 10:9-10(KJV) 9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
If you want to receive Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, become born again as Jesus said in John 3:3, then repeat this simple, heartfelt prayer that follows out loud, and you will be saved.
Pray:
“Lord Jesus, I believe that You died on the cross for me. That you died, were buried, then rose again from the dead on the third day. I repent (turn away from) all my sins and thank you for forgiving me of them. I now open the door of my life and receive you as my personal Lord and Savior. Come into my heart. Help me to make my life pleasing to my Father God. I’ll confess you before others and from this moment forth will honor You with my life. Lord, I am also asking You to fill me with the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit rise up within me as I praise God! I fully expect to speak with other tongues as You give me the utterance (Acts 2:4). In Jesus Name – Amen”
Now, if you just said the above prayer out loud believing, let me be the first to welcome you to the Kingdom of God! Now, go out and tell some one that you just received Christ as your personal Lord and Savior and are now born again. Jesus said if you confess me before others then I will confess you before My Father. The confession that you said the prayer of salvation by telling someone, seals the deal. Angels are now rejoicing in Heaven even over one lost person who now has said this prayer. Again, welcome to the kingdom of God!
Now disciple yourself. Believe God for a Bible and begin to study His Word! Mutter it, and say it out loud enough so that you can hear it with your own ears. As you do this, His Word will begin to go forth before you. It will make your way prosperous and you will have good success. Get involved with a church that teaches from the Bible and will help you to move forward in your life with the Victory that comes with being in Christ Jesus.
